3mm x 17in Herm Sprenger black stainless steel collar. The collar is designed to fit dogs with the neck size of UP TO 14 inches. Entire length of the collar is 17 inches (44cm), wire gauge is 3.0 mm.  Gentle on the fur and reduces damage caused by close link chains. Made in Germany.
